Protein Bread

I loved the bread mixes, I was surprised to notice how they sustain, no hunger for a good while, suggest jam and coconut yogurt on them while warm. I have the sweet muffin mix in the oven with the apple and berries mixed in. Looking forward to try them. Placed my next order today, curious to try the banana bread and others. Enjoy.

Tasty

Good products, but expensive, especially when you have to add quite a few eggs and other ingredients each time. Would buy every couple of months.

Yes, yes, and yes!

As I write, I’m only halfway through this pack. With each “sample” I’m more and more satisfied with my purchase, and know that I’ll be buying more. Being insulin resistant (pre-diabetic), I need to keep my carbs and sugars as low as possible. Also, three months ago, I had a sleeve gastrectomy (gastric sleeve), and need to keep my protein intake high. Because of the gastric sleeve, I have yet to achieve 1 full serve, but what I’m eating is so easy to digest. Nothing has felt too heavy so far, and that’s wonderful. Being limited in what I can eat and/or digest does reduce the variety of what I can eat. Being able to extend the range thanks to this “bit of everything” pack is massive. I can’t begin to tell you how much easier it is to maintain a diet that is both healthy and appropriate for my needs. 100/10 will buy again. Will also be recommending to my friends.

Overall bundle experience was great!

Love the bread, once you get used to the texture, it's lovely - especially the Aussie seed bread! Pancakes are awesome! Easy to make and they are perfect with a no sugar maple syrup and cream. Pizza base was ok.. we need to find a way to make it a little more crispy. But taste was really good! Muffins: the sweet ones were really good with blueberries.. I'm sure the savoury ones would have also been great if I had followed the suggested recipe, but I decided to use 3 different cheeses (which were heavy) and they sagged a bit - my fault though! I looooove these mixes. Being keto is such a commitment, and its great to have a helping hand with convenient mixes that you know will work, and are easy - every time. Thanks guys - you're my go to! Can't wait to see what you come up with next! X

Hey Mel! Thanks for your detailed review! :D We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed our products. if you are after a 'thin and crispy base' here are a few tips. 1. Use the suggested olive oil added to the batter. I personally add 2 TB of olive oil to the base. 2. use a flat, lined baking tray, that way you can spread the base out super thin 3. Optional - once you have baked the base, flip over for an additional 5 mins of baking. Then remove from oven, top as normal. Hope these are helpful! Cheers, Jo :)
