To make one Low Carb Protein Margherita Pizza, you’ll need:
1 packet of Protein Pizza Bases
1 jar of Pizza Sauce
1 packet of Pizza Cheese
Oven Prep – Preheat a fan-forced oven to 230°C.
Top it – Place a Protein Pizza Base on a clean surface. Using the Pizza Sauce, cover the base with an even spread of sauce making sure to get right to the edges. Sprinkle a good amount of cheese over the Pizza Base.
Bake it – Place the topped Pizza directly on the top rack of the oven, and bake for between 4-8 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown. Check frequently, as ovens vary.
Eat it – You know what to do, it’s pizza!! It’s so good, you won’t want to share!!
Storage – Unused bases should be kept in the fridge until the use by date (1-4°C ), or can be frozen (-18°C) for up to 2 months. Leftover pizza doesn’t last long enough to need storage instructions 🙂
