I find erythritol the best sweetener with no after taste what so ever. I use in cooking as well.
It doesn’t dissolve when making chocolate 🥲
Hey Evette, We’re sorry to hear that the Erythritol didn’t dissolve when making chocolate. I’m not too sure of the steps you took, but granulated sugar or sugar substitutes don’t in cocoa butter. Sugar is not soluble in oil/ fat. You can try grinding down the sweetener into a powder and mixing it with cocoa powder, this will help create a smoother chocolate. Hope this helps. Thanks, Jo
