When can I expect to receive my order?

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Christmas & Holiday Delivery Information:

We want our team to come back feeling relaxed and ready for a massive 2021.

During Christmas & New Years, our dispatch team will be running on a reduced schedule to allow everyone to have a much-needed break! The last day we will be fulfilling and packing orders before Christmas will be Wednesday 23rd December.

Our warehouse will be open for two days between 28th December – 1st January. In the week commencing 4 January 2021, we will be dispatching orders on 4th, 6th and 7th January.

As of 11th January, we are back to regular dispatch hours. Please note that during periods of high demand, it may take longer for orders to be dispatched. Shipping times with Australia Post are generally 2-10 days after your parcel leaves our warehouse. Our customer service team will also be working on reduced hours out of the office.

Standard delivery in Australia through Australia Post: 2-7 business days

Standard delivery to NZ: 3-10 business days

Regional & rural areas through Australia Post: Expect an additional 2-3 business days

Express Post delivery in Australia through Australia Post: 1-2 days from dispatch

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery in Australia for orders over $45 and in New Zealand for orders over $59.

If your order is below these shipping thresholds, a flat rate $7 applies for deliveries within Australia and a flat rate $7 applies for deliveries to New Zealand.

We have an Express Shipping option for Australian orders that is available to most areas for a flat rate of $8. Check to see if your location can receive Express Shipping.

What happens once I’ve placed my order?

We pack it.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the address you have provided and your payment method used.

Your order will be packed and sent out the next working day.

Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent out the following Monday.

Australia Post & our factory do not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your order to arrive.

Then we send it.

Once your order has been picked up by Australia Post, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. This confirms that your order has left us and is on its way to your place. Shipping times will also be included in this email confirmation.

You will receive an eParcel tracking number for your order. The tracking number and link will be sent as a separate email from Australia Post.

If the tracking does not register right away, it should update within one working day.
