This yoghurt Glaze Icing is a lovely alternative to cream cheese icing. A little lighter and tangy. This can also be made vegan, by using Coconut yoghurt. This is a runny, glaze style icing perfect for drizzling over cakes or cupcakes.

Ingredients
1/3 cup (75g) of Sugar Free Icing Mix
1/2 cup (125g) Unsweetened plain/ Greek yoghurt ( we used Coles plain yoghurt)
Option 2 - Yoghurt-free Glaze
1/3 cup (75g) of Sugar Free Icing Mix
1 measuring Tablespoon (20ml) milk

Directions
Method for yoghurt glaze
1Whisk together the yoghurt and icing mix in a small bowl until smooth. Ensure no lumps! (You may wish to add a teaspoon of water/ milk to achieve a runnier consistency)
2Keep refrigerated when not in use.
Method for yoghurt-free glaze
1Whisk together the Icing mix and milk until combined (add another teaspoon milk if it's not at the desired consistency)
2Drizzle on top of your doughnuts, cakes, cupcakes or cookies!!!
