1Combine all in a bowl then press into a lined slice tray (mine was about 25cm by 20cm)
2Bake at 160 degrees for 15 mins until golden brown.
3Allow it to cool.
1Soften cream cheese in the microwave
2 Then beat the eggs, vanilla, icing in with the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy
3Pour the vanilla mixture on top of the cooked slice base and bake for another 30 minutes on 160 deg.
4Remove from oven and let it cool to firm up, otherwise, it's super soft.
1Serve with berries or any other cheesecake toppings. The exciting thing is that this is a vanilla base - you can go crazy with flavour additions that you add in - frozen berries, chocolate, nuts, mint essence etc.
