1/3 cup Sugar Free Icing Mix (75g)
125g soft butter (not margarine)
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (pulp was added back in for extra goodness)
98% Sugar Free Vanilla Icing MixAUD$ 9.95
1Whisk the lemon juice, eggs, soft butter and icing mix together in a bowl
2Place in a heatproof bowl over a pot of water and cook on low heat until it thickens.
