Strawberry Chia Smoothie

Fruit & refreshing! This strawberry chia smoothie is the perfect way to cool down as the weather gets warmer. If you prefer a liquid brekkie that will keep you full. This is for you.

Super icy and is more like a fruity frappe, you could easily use milk of choice in place of the water if you want something a little creamier. Super low in cals for a meal on the go! (for those that count them)

Ingredients

 1.5 serves Vanilla Protein Shake (50g)

 1 cup water

 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

 1/2 tub (85g) yoghurt

 1 Tb of chia seeds

 ½ zucchini, chopped.

 Handful of ice cubes

Directions

1Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth.

2Pour into a glass and enjoy!

 

❤️ You could use milk of choice in place of water
❤️ We used Chobani plain yoghurt 😍

❤️ Use a strawberry flavoured high protein yoghurt for extra berry goodness and sweetness.
❤️ Any berry combo would be great!
❤️ Swap the vanilla protein shake to either our Banana or Chocolate flavour.
