Super icy and is more like a fruity frappe, you could easily use milk of choice in place of the water if you want something a little creamier. Super low in cals for a meal on the go! (for those that count them)

Ingredients
1.5 serves Vanilla Protein Shake (50g)
1 cup water
3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 tub (85g) yoghurt
1 Tb of chia seeds
½ zucchini, chopped.
Handful of ice cubes

Directions
1Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth.
2Pour into a glass and enjoy!

❤️ Use a strawberry flavoured high protein yoghurt for extra berry goodness and sweetness.
