This protein breakfast bar made with The Pancake Mix is perfect for those rush mornings when your alarm didn’t go off, or just to save you some time in your morning routine. 100g Protein Pancake Mix
1Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well to combine.
2Line a slice tin with baking paper
3Push mixture into the base and use the back of a spoon to spread the mixture out evenly.
4Optional – Decorate with some additional nuts/coconut/chocolate
5Bake at 160ºC for 25 minutes or until just golden brown.
6Let cool and cut into bars (you should get about 20, which will be weigh about 55g each)
7Enjoy for Breakfast on the go, morning tea or a late night treat
