Low Carb Double Choc Cookies

Double the Choc = double the yumminess! Double Choc Cookies will satisfy your afternoon chocolate craving! These cookies are sugar-free, gluten-free and made with our Protein Cookie Mix as the base.

Choosing a snack that is high in protein and healthy fats means you will be full for longer and that extra choccie hit means you can still have fun!

 1/2 pack of Protein Cookie Mix

 ⅓ cup warm water

 60g butter, melted

 ⅓ cup cocoa powder (30g)

 100g Sugar-Free Choc Chips


1Preheat oven to 160g degrees and line a cookie tray with baking paper.

2Combine the dry ingredients (mix, cocoa and choc chips) in a large bowl. Add melted butter and warm water. Work with the back of the spoon to combine. Mixture will be crumbly but hold together when rolled in a ball.

3Take a heaped spoonful of the mixture, roll into a ball, flatten and shape the edges. Place on a lined baking tray. Repeat for the remaining cookies.

4Place cookies in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10mins then enjoy!

Notes: If you want to make a coconut rough inspired cookie, drop the choc chips quantity to 50g and add 1/2 cup (45g) of desiccated coconut :)
