Low Carb Chicken 'Parmi'

 Prepare and cook your Low Carb Chicken Schnitzel as per recipe (2 chicken schnitzels)

Ingredients for Parmi topping

 40g shredded pizza cheese

 2 slices (100g) of double-smoked ham

 4 Tbsp Pasta sauce of choice, we used Dolmio’s.

 4 slices of tomato.

 Fresh basil.


1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (or you can grill)

2Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Take your cooked schnitzel and layer your parmi toppings on top of the lined tray.

3Bake until the cheese melts and goes golden.

5Serve with your favourite salad, sauces and a few wedges of lemon.
