1 heaped tablespoon (25g) of Low Carb Icing Mix
1 cup (250ml) cream
1 cup (250ml) milk of choice (unsweetened almond lowest carb)
1 teaspoon (6ml) vanilla essence
you may wish to add more sweetener if you have a sweet tooth.

1Whisk the ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
2Sit the ramekins in a large baking dish and half fill the baking dish with water.
3Pour mix in the ramekins. I poured it from the bowl to a jug to make it easier. Then sprinkle nutmeg on top.
4Bake 40 mins 180 degrees.
5Allow them to cool before serving. Can serve with SF maple and it becomes a Low Carb Creme Caramel!
