Aaron (our CEO) was craving Rocky Road, so we jumped in the kitchen and came up with a Low Carb and High Protein version. It was so good, we couldn't stop at just one piece! A perfect on-the-go snack before the gym or as a late night treat to get you through those sugar cravings. It's also super easy to make with no baking required. Enjoy!
1Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 2 minutes until melted
2Stir through the protein powder
3Place all the other ingredients in a plastic container lined with baking paper
4Pour melted chocolate over the top
5Refrigerate overnight until set
8Enjoy - just like Aaron is!
