Banana and Chocolate is a classic flavour combo! This Choc Banana Smoothie adds a little fun to the start of your day! Perfect for active kids, or adults that have a little more wiggle room in their carbs for the day.
A little higher in carbs - but still 2/3 less than what you would see in commercial versions of a similar smoothie.

Ingredients
Β 1.5 serve Chocolate Protein Shake (50g)
Β 1 cup milk of choice
Β 1 heaped tablespoon of almond meal (25g)
Β 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
Β Handful of ice cubes


Directions
1Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth.
2Pour into a glass and enjoy!
