30g of Protein Pancake Mix
1 egg or egg replacer
50ml milk of choice
30g Blueberries (small handful)
sweetener of choice (optional if you prefer a sweeter pancake)

1Prepare mix as per packet
2Turn on the machine to heat up (approx 1-2 mins or so)
3Spray with coconut oil (any oil you have)
4Pour into each section, and add the blueberries at this point then close the lid.
5Leave for a minute or so, then check the pancakes. If you see the bubbles and the top start to firm up, flip them in the machine (use a butter knife), so the tops can brown
6Close the lid for another 1-2 minutes or so.
7The pancakes will feel like little pillows when they are ready.
