Mmm low carb, high protein BBQ chicken pizza. Enough said. You can freeze the bases then whip one out of the freezer for a quick weeknight dinner.
1Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions then keep oven on at 180".
2Spread pizza and BBQ sauces onto base.
3Add all other ingredients and top with the cheeses.
4Bake for 15ish minutes until golden.
5Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving (if you can control yourself, it will get a little crispier).
