60-second Satay Sauce

60-second Low carb Satay Sauce. - made in a mug in the microwave 😱 Super quick and tasty. Simply pour on top of your favourite low carb veggies, tofu or chicken.

Ingredients

 1 heaped TB of Natural Peanut Butter (Crunchy is best)

 1 TB of Tamari sauce (GF soy sauce)

 2 TB water

 pinch of chilli flakes.

Directions

1In a mug stir together: – 1 heaped tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (crunchy is best) 1 tablespoon of Soy or Tamari ,2 tablespoon of water and chilli flakes

2Microwave for 30 seconds then remove and add an extra tablespoon of water.

3Stir this really well – the extra water at the end seems to make it nice and creamy and the perfect consistency rather than just adding it all at the start.

4Take this to the next level some finely sliced lemongrass is AMAZING but it is optional as it’s not something I really have in the fridge as a staple!

1This serves 1 – simply multiply if making for more people.
