2 Minute Double Choc Protein Mug Muffin

These super quick and easy Mug Muffins are an amazing brekkie to go, arvo snack or after dinner sweet treat without the carb overload!

 1 heaped tablespoon of Protein Muffin Mix - Original (30g)

 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder (15g)

 1 sugar-free chocolate bar chopped (45g)

 1 teaspoon Simply Low Carb Sugar-Free Icing Mix OR Sweetener of choice

 1 large egg

 2 tablespoon milk


1Combine the Protein Muffin Mix, cocoa powder, sweetener and chopped chocolate in a small bowl. Add the egg and milk, stir well to combine.

2Pour the mixture into your mug of choice (we love using our Keep Cup for this as a brekkie on the go!)

3Microwave for 30 seconds on HIGH.

4Enjoy as is, or serve with whipped cream, yoghurt (we love vanilla YoPro) and some fresh or frozen berries.

5These muffins are best eaten straight away rather than storing in the fridge.

Get creative if you like and add in some other tasty ingredients such as coconut, nuts or frozen berries!!! Create the PERFECT brekkie or snack just for YOU!
