Jessica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with post-graduate qualifications in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Sydney. She is committed to the application of high-quality nutritional science to empower individuals and groups with knowledge and behavioural skills to improve patient-centered care and promote the field of Nutrition & Dietetics. Jessica was introduced to low-carbohydrate, high-fat nutrition in 2012 during her recovery from multiple eating disorders which took over many years of her teenage life and adolescence.
Accredited Sports Dietitian
Andrew Ho-Peng is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australian (DAA) and an Accredited Sports Dietitian with Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA).
He consults in private practice and has worked for the Sons of the West men’s health program, in academia, as a consultant Dietitian and across a number of sports clubs. He is passionate about being fit and active and working with clients to achieve their personal best.
Anushka is a clinical nutritionist from Adelaide, South Australia. She applies evidence-based, nutritional medicine philosophy to offer healthcare to individuals and groups. Anushka is passionate about whole-foods and unadulterated, real ingredients, specialising in food as medicine. Anushka aims to empower everyday Australians to live a healthier life through diet and lifestyle education. Anushka is an advocate of low carb, high protein, high healthy fats since adopting the approach to support the management of stress and anxiety.
Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialed Diabetes Educator
Amy is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) working solely with people living with type 1 diabetes. Amy’s passion to help improve the lives of people with type 1 is inspired by her brother, who was diagnosed at a young age. This passion is has lead her to have been awarded West Australian CDE of the year for 2018. Amy practices privately as both a diabetes educator and dietitian at the Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre in Perth, where she also develops and manages the group diabetes education programs.
