High protein, low carb versions of all your favourite recipes
How good are biscotti! Our Almond and Pecan Biscotti recipe was inspired by my nonna and my recent holiday. I LOVE these and I used to love my nonna’s homemade ones. I would dunk them into coffee or just enjoy them as is. I have been wanting to try a low carb version for so long, and I’m so glad I did, only 1g of carbs each!!
This amazing recipe was sent in by the equally amazing @missflorrie Halloumi and Corn Fritters are my go-to option when I go out for brekkie and these look as good or better than any I've had before. Even better is that because they use our Protein Pancake Mix instead of flour, they're higher protein and lower carb.
Who remembers having apple crumble covered in ice-cream as a kid? Obviously traditionally not low carb, but equally obviously, AMAZING, so we wanted to recreate these happy childhood memories without the sugar and carb overload!!
The great thing about this crumble is that it's packed with healthy fats, fibre and protein meaning it actually doubles up as a great brekkie - hot or cold.
Serve your low carb crumble with any of the following - whipped cream, yoghurt, coconut yoghurt, sugar-free ice cream, or even just milk to turn it into a granola style brekkie cup!
? Yep, that's the drool emoji, and it will be an accurate representation of you when you smell these cooking in the oven ?This recipe is incredibly easy to make and the Bread Rolls taste so damn good. They're perfect just munching on them as little snacks, or you could easily cut one in half and use it as a mini bread roll or dinner roll.
