High protein, low carb versions of all your favourite recipes
I don’t think I can convey how delicious this chocolate is. You absolutely HAVE to try this on top of some Protein Pancakes with some bananas and strawberries.
You can thank me later.
This recipe comes from Charlie from The Clean Treats Factory. She has amazing clean treats that are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. She shares our office space and we’re very lucky to get some treats from her on occasions 🙂 make sure you check them out!
This recipe does have Rice Malt Syrup in it, so it’s not carb free, but it’s a great alternative to the regular chocolate sauces or syrups you’ll buy in stores as it’s refined sugar free. It’s a great treat – remember it’s all about balance!
I whipped up this salad in about 5 minutes yesterday. It was super delicious and packed with Protein. Making Protein Bread croutons is a great way to get extra protein into your diet, and is perfect for using up the end pieces of bread!
If I ever want something special for breakfast, I always go for French Toast. Tastes amazing, easy to make but still feels a little bit fancy, and is totally guilt free when you make it with Protein Bread. If you can't get your hands on a fresh loaf, you can easily make your own Protein Bread with our Protein Bread Mix.
A really fun variation of our Protein Pancakes by Nicole from Clean Treats. Something really yummy for a Sunday brunch!
Nicole from Clean Treats has sent through this delicious Pear, Apple & Ginger Protein Pudding recipe! A perfect little treat for the weekend! If you’re avoiding carbs, swap the sauce for Greek Yoghurt or Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
One serve of these pudding contain 25g Protein, 40g Carbs, 15g Fats.
Steak Diane is one of my favourite meals - a great steak, with Cauliflower Mash + Broccolini, is perfection! Any shop bought Diane sauce or sauce base will be very high in sugar so I have made up my own easy recipe.
Satay sauce is one of my favourite toppings. Typically all shop bought or restaurant recipes are also packed full of sugar which is no good.
However - if made correctly, with simple natural sugar-free ingredients then it can actually be a relatively healthy, low carb option!
I wanted to create something that could be given instead of flowers, to loved ones that really value their health but LOVE beautiful food. I came up with this low carb Pear and Strawberry French Toast using Protein Bread, and thought it may be something you guys are interested in! I think its a great alternate way to show someone you love them, rather than flowers that die after a few days!
A fiery twist to the original Protein Bread. Enjoy on its own, toasted with soup, or chop and bake into croutons!
You can add less chilli if you are sensative to spicy foods 🙂
