I whipped up this Cauliflower Fried Rice for dinner a few nights ago and was honestly shocked at how good it was and just 16g carbs per serve! It taste exactly like regular fried rice!!! So chuffed. The longest part was grating the cauliflower so if you're feeling lazy or don't have time, you can buy cauliflower rice already done.
