When can I expect to receive my order?

Standard delivery in Australia through Australia Post: 3-9 business days

Standard delivery to NZ: 3-10 business days

Regional & rural areas through Australia Post: Expect an additional 2-3 business days

Express Post delivery in Australia through Australia Post: 1-3 days from dispatch

Yes! We offer free standard delivery in Australia for orders over $59.

If your order is below these shipping thresholds, a flat rate $9.98. applies for deliveries within Australia and a flat rate AUD$19.95 applies for deliveries to New Zealand.

We have an Express Shipping option for Australian orders that is available to most areas for a flat rate of $16.95. Check to see if your location can receive Express Shipping.

We pack it.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the address you have provided and your payment method used.

Your order will be packed and sent out the next working day.

Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent out the following Monday.

Australia Post & our factory do not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your order to arrive.

Then we send it.

Once your order has been picked up by Australia Post, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. This confirms that your order has left us and is on its way to your place. Shipping times will also be included in this email confirmation.

You will receive an eParcel tracking number for your order. The tracking number and link will be sent as a separate email from Australia Post.

If the tracking does not register right away, it should update within one working day.
