Homemade Low Carb Doughnuts

80g of Protein Pancake Mix teaspoon Cinnamon (4g) teaspoon Stevia (4g) 130g egg whites 60ml Unsweetened almond milk 60ml water --Icing suggestions - Pictured cinnamon & raw sugar, cookies & cream protein, strawberry protein & chocolate protein (10g protein mixed with water until I reached a smooth, pourable consistency)
Pre-heat oven to 160° C Mix dry ingredients in a bowl Add wet ingredients, & whisk until combined & fluffy If you want to go one step further for fluffier donuts, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks first, then fold through the wet mixture In a silicone donut mould, distribute the mixture evenly Place the mould in the middle rack of your oven for approx. 15mins (time will vary depending on your oven) Once your donuts are cooked, eat them as is, or top them with your favourites!
