We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you Protein Banana Bread, Protein Cookies and Protein Muffins - all now made with Australian plant protein and naturally sweetened with monk fruit.

Due to our special blend of natural and wholesome ingredients, these products all have a delicious wholemeal taste and texture (whilst still all being gluten free and low carb). Makes: 15 Keto friendly protein cookies

Simple Natural Ingredients: Lupin flour, faba protein, erythritol, flax meal, coconut flour, almond meal, kibbled sunflower, bicarb soda, natural flavour, vanilla bean powder, cinnamon, salt, monk fruit.

How to make:

  • Simply combine this Protein Cookie Mix with your favourite cookie additions, some butter or coconut oil and warm water. Our favourite recipe is on the pack - Dark Chocolate, Almond & Cranberry.
  • Roll into balls, flatten and bake for just 15 minutes!
  • Keep in the fridge or freezer ready for a super-fast, super delicious, high protein low carb breakfast.

Get creative: The great thing about this cookie mix is that it’s a clean slate for you to create your own perfect protein cookies. And the best part is, these cookies don’t require eggs, making them vegan friendly. Makes: 1 Loaf which gives you 12 slices

Simple Natural Ingredients: Lupin flour, faba flour, erythritol, faba protein, almond meal, kibbled sunflower, chicory root fibre, flax meal, chia flour, baking powder, cinnamon, natural flavour, vanilla bean powder, salt, monk fruit.

How to make:

  • Simply add mashed bananas, egg or egg replacer, milk of choice & oil to the Protein Banana Bread Mix. Stir to combine, pour in a tin and bake!
  • An hour later you will not only have that delicious aroma of banana bread wafting through the house, but you’ll be ready to go with 12 protein-packed, low carb gluten free breakfasts that you can keep in the fridge or freezer for your convenience.

Simple Natural Ingredients: Lupin flour, faba flour, erythritol, faba protein, almond meal, kibbled sunflower, chicory root fibre, flax meal, chia flour, baking powder, cinnamon, natural flavour, vanilla bean powder, salt, monk fruit.

How to make:

  • Simply add milk of choice, olive oil, egg or egg replacer, then your favourite muffin ingredients. Our favourite is actually the recipe we printed on the pack; Apple & Cinnamon.
  • Stir all ingredients together, decorate if desired and in 30 minutes you’ll have a fresh batch of high protein, low carb muffins ready for breakfast or snacks.
  • They keep in the fridge for 5 days or freezer for 3 months so you will always have healthy options available.
