2 Minute Low Carb Porridge

Porridge is so perfect for Winter! It warms you up on a cold morning, and is easy to make. Porridge gets even better with this low carb recipe that Anna has made using the Protein Pancake Mix! Tasty, guilt free, with only 6.1g carbs per serve (and 1.7g per 100g)! 30g Protein Pancake Mix 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Nutmeg 10g Sunflower Seeds 10g Pepitas 1 Egg White (or 1 whole egg if you don’t mind the fat) 100mL Water 135mL Soy Milk 10mL Almond Milk

Place all dry ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Add water and egg white. Using a fork, whisk together well to make sure the dry ingredients are incorporated well. Microwave for 60 seconds, and then use a fork to whisk it up again. Microwave for a further 30 seconds. Serve with milk (we used soy and almond, but feel free to use whatever you prefer!).
