Xylitol is the bomb!
I love xylitol in general as I have dental issues with cavities and it’s a healthy sweetener to use in baking and desserts - just swap out the sugar and it’s a way healthier recipe!

Xylitol
Xylitol was a life saver for me. 3 yrs ago I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and doctor wanted to put me on tablets, I wanted to do it with diet. I cut out all sugar and most carbs and because I was able to use xylitol instead of stevia (which I hate the taste of) and other substitutes .I am now at a lower level and the doctor is happy with it.
