Mini Low Carb Pizzas by Nicole
Did you know that you can use our Protein Bread Mix to make low carb pizza bases? Totally guilt free pizzas are actually possible! Nicole from Clean Treats has put these serving suggestions together for you – and they are amazing (as all her recipes are). Enjoy! 1 1/2 cups Protein Bread Mix 2 Whole Eggs Pinch of Oregano Pinch Salt Plain or spelt flour (for dusting the bench) 1 tbsp Water -- Amazing Pizza Topping Ideas: The Classic: ham, cheese & pineapple Mashed sweet potato, topped with cheese, chicken & beetroot Mashed sweet potato with feta, and an egg cracked in the middle topped with relish and avocado Curry paste with steak pieces, onion, mushrooms & feta BBQ sauce with chicken, mushroom, onion and cheese Sweet potato with beetroot, zucchini strips & feta – topped with Greek yogurt Tzatziki with lamb, feta & capsicum – topped with Greek yogurt Garlic sauce with smoked salmon, rocket feta & capers – topped with Greek yogurt Mashed sweet potato with ham, corn & cheese – topped with Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 180°C and line 2 baking trays with grease proof paper.
Combine your bread mix with 1 egg to start, seasoning, salt and 1 tbsp water and work together. If it’s too dry add another egg or an additional tbsp of water.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Roll out to about 1/2cm thick and cut into circles (I used a cutter but you could just shape it with your hands) and place onto your baking tray.
