-- Pizza 1 serve Protein Bread Co Pizza Base – Prepare as directed on packet 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce I tablespoon tomato sauce 1/3 cup shredded cheese 4 mushrooms – sliced 4 rashes middle cut bacon 1/3 brown onion – sliced 1/3 large chicken breast *Optional: Capsicum and chili --Berry Protein Milk Shake 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix + in Vanilla 1 scoop Protein Ice-Cream in Berry Coconut 1 cup milk of choice 1/2 cup mixed berries 1 teaspoon vanilla essence *Optional: Low fat whipped cream -- Future Whey Spider 1 scoop (25g) Bulk Nutrients Future Whey in Lemonade 1 scoop Protein Ice-Cream 50ml still water 150ml soda water *Optional: Low fat whipped cream

--Pizza Set the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the Protein Bread Co Pizza Base as directed. Saute bacon and onion together until cooked and set aside. Cook chicken in strips and set aside Combine BBQ and tomato sauce together and spread over the base. Layer all toppings onto the pizza, finishing with the cheese. Cook until the cheese is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before chopping and eating! --Berry Protein Shake Place all ingredients, except for the whipped cream, in a blender and combine until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with optional whipped cream. --Future Whey Spider Place still water and Future Whey in a shaker and shake until lumps have dissolved.
