Maddie from Mad For Gluten Free has given us another amazing recipe – quick & easy low carb banana bread!

3-4 small Overripe Bananas, mashed 1/2 cup Almond Meal 1 cup Protein Bread Mix 2 Eggs 3 tbs Natvia 3 scoops Vanilla Protein (Optional)

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a small load tin. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined. Pour batter into the tin and bake in the oven for approx. 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
