High Protein Vegetarian Pizza

--Make the Base Add the Protein Pizza Base Mix, eggs, water and oil into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine into a smooth liquid batter. Pour the mixture into the center of the pizza tray lined with baking paper, and spread it to the edges. You can use the back of a spoon to shape it evenly. Pop the pizza base into the oven on a middle shelf, turn the oven down to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. -- Add the toppings Spread the tomato paste evenly over the base using the back of a spoon Place the pumpkin, feta cheese, mushroom and kale on the pizza base --Bake again Pop the pizza back into the oven for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and top with the avocado Enjoy!
