Hawaiian Pizza Muffins

Pineapple on a Pizza, yay or nay? How about in our Protein Hawaiian Pizza Muffins. Satisfy your pizza craving with the delicious snack on the go!

10 large muffins

1 packet of Savoury Muffin Mix 3 eggs 315 ml water (1 1/4 cup) 200g cubed cheddar 200g shaved ham - diced 3 TB Pizza sauce (we used Leggo's squeezable Pizza sauce) 440g Canned Pineapple crushed (Drained, was approx 1 cup)

Preheat a fan forced oven to 170°C and place 10 cafe-style muffin wrappers in a muffin tray (or use a silicone tray). Empty contents of this pack into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together water, eggs, Add diced ham, cubed cheese and ½ cup of the crushed pineapple Swirl through 3 TB of the Pizza Sauce (we used Leggo’s Pizza sauce garlic, onion and herbs) Top with cheese and ham and a dollop of crushed Pineapple. (optional) Portion out the mix into 10 muffin cases. Bake at 170 degrees for 40mins. Take muffins out of tin and allow to cool on rack.
