2-minute Scrambled Eggs

2 large eggs 3 tablespoons of milk or cream 1 teaspoon of butter --serve with 1-2 slices of our Protein 6 Seed Mix or Low Carb Sunflower and Linseed Bread
Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk with a fork. Combine with milk/cream + butter (add salt and pepper to taste) Cook in the microwave for 60 seconds then whisk with a fork Repeat for another 60 seconds until light and fluffy
