2 Minute Breakfast Pudding In A Mug

What’s better in Winter than a nice hot breakfast to start your day? Well a hot breakfast just became that much easier with these 2 Minute Breakfast Puddings! Mix the ingredients together and chuck it in the microwave – and that’s it! Super easy, and you can even prepare them the night before to have ready for the morning. --Base Mix 1 heaped tbsp or 20g Protein Pancake Mix 1 Egg OR 2 Egg Whites 30mL Milk (any that you prefer) 1 tsp Vanilla Stevia if required for extra sweetness See below for some flavour and topping suggestions – but feel free to experiment and try your own unique and favourite flavours! -- Apple & Cinnamon 120g finely chopped Green Apple (leave the peel on for extra fibre!) A Sprinkle of Cinnamon 30g Almonds 20g Sultanas -- Carrot Cake 120g Grated Carrot 30g Chopped Walnuts 20g Pepitas Sprinkle of Cinnamon Sprinkle of Nutmeg -- Blueberry Coconut 100g Blueberries 20g Shaved OR Desiccated Coconut – whatever you’d prefer. 30g Almonds -- Banana Date 120g Chopped Banana 20g Chopped Dates Sprinkle of Nutmeg

Stir together Protein Pancake mix, egg, milk, vanilla and your desired toppings/flavours. Pop in the microwave for 90 seconds (depending on your microwave). Let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
