We just wanted to give a quick update as you may have noticed a few PBCo. favourites have been out of stock on our website for some time. You may have seen back in November there was a recall on some of our products due to an undeclared allergen (soy) being detected in our internal routine testing. Upon investigation it was identified in a single ingredient from one of our suppliers, and disappointingly, what we thought was an isolated incident has continued, with it being detected again in the latest batch.
Because we take food safety and allergen management very seriously, this has meant we haven't been able to produce our Protein Muffins, Protein Pancakes, Protein Pancakes (Bulk), or the Vegan Egg Replacer.
We have been actively working to resolve this and have now managed to source an alternative supplier, so we are aiming to resume production on these ASAP, and hopefully be back to normal supply by mid to late February.
Rest assured we are doing our best to get them back online and will keep you posted as soon as we have more information, but we really appreciate your patience in the meantime!
