Step 1: MixEmpty the Protein Bread Mix in a medium mixing bowl, add egg whites and water and mix well. Leave for 30 minutes to thicken.
Step 2: PourPour into a loaf tin, lined with baking paper, and sprinkle with your favourite seeds.
Step 3: BakeBake in the oven at 180ºC for 80 minutes, rotating half way through.
Step 4: Enjoy!
