How to Make Protein Bread at Home [No Bread Maker/Machine Required!]

Here is Anna to explain how to make Protein Bread at home.

Step 1: Mix

Empty the Protein Bread Mix in a medium mixing bowl, add egg whites and water and mix well. Leave for 30 minutes to thicken.

Step 2: Pour

Pour into a loaf tin, lined with baking paper, and sprinkle with your favourite seeds.

Step 3: Bake

Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 80 minutes, rotating half way through.

Step 4: Enjoy!
